Straightforward hotel with exceptionally nice staff with great staff members and great Wi-Fi. Central heating, cable channels and an electronic key card in the room, marvellous location. Exceptionally comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The venue of choice in Greensboro.

inadequate cleanliness

Upon arrival, the room wasn't cleaned properly, with visible bugs and questionable stains in various places. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, with only a mediocre assortment of mini muffins and stale cereal. The noise level from surrounding guests affected my sense of safety, especially with people mistakenly trying to enter my room throughout the stay.
